After receiving my BA from the University of Notre Dame, I networked my way into most of my jobs. Obtaining my MA from the University of Redlands has helped me understand that learning is a continuous effort that never stops. I have worked for large private sector employers and for a large public university. I have transitioned from a career in project management and sales to one in career advisement for students, alumni and employees looking for something new in their careers. I have excelled in every role, but have discovered that I bring something different to the table when it comes to career advisement. Hiring hundreds of people over 20 years has given me insight as an employer, recruiter and supervisor.
To help clients identify and attain their career objectives through one on one advising.
experience that matters
I have extensive experience on both sides of the hiring equation.
I have hired, interviewed, managed and trained hundreds of candidates/employees.
I have reviewed – and rejected – thousands of résumés. I know what it takes to get past that first look.
I have interviewed over a thousand people – from entry-level candidates to VP finalists.
I have assisted thousands of college students and alumni with their job and internship efforts – starting with a complete overhaul of their résumé, we then determine a job/intern search strategy that is in alignment with their goals, helping them identify networking opportunities, establishing a powerful LinkedIn profile and preparing them for a successful interview – coaching them where they need it most.
